20V190型天然氣發動機是以濟柴公司16V燃氣機為原型,研制出的一種適用于低壓燃氣、高智能化、熱耗低、可靠性高、低排放、長壽命的20缸V型天然氣機,是一種2000kW以上大功率高性能天然氣發動機。

發電機組系統組成Generator set system composition
天然氣發動機、發電機、公共底盤、高彈聯軸器、機組控制柜等,并配備完善的天然氣進氣、氣啟動系統、電氣控制等系統。發電機采用同步交流無刷勵磁發電機。

E6控制系統由硬件和軟件組成,其中硬件由LECM控制器、TecJet閥、ProAct閥、氧傳感器及其他各種傳感器等組成。軟件是安裝在計算機中的程序,計算機通過數據線與硬件相連。操作者通過操作計算機,向硬件發送指令,來控制硬件動作。

安裝方式Installation
發動機與發電機安裝在公共底盤上,底盤通過地腳螺栓固定在混凝土基礎上,發動機與發電機組之間采用高彈聯軸器連接。
